Kijiji – Flook App Launch

Challenge:

Kijiji was having challenges breaking into the local market so they developed a dedicated app called Flook for people in B.C. to make it easy to buy and sell great things in their local neighbourhood. Wildfire was engaged to develop a street program to raise awareness for Flook and drive app downloads during launch phase. 

Solution: 

An eye-catching pop up display featuring two Cool Collectibles from the Flook app – a paddleboard and cruiser bike were used to capture the attention of Vancouver consumers.  Set up in high-traffic locations with the support of Brand Ambassadors, consumers were educated about Flook, encouraged to download the app and rewarded with a contest entry to win the bike and Stand Up Paddleboard.

Results:

  • 20,500+ exposures
  • 2,050 consumer interactions
  • 479 contest entries with app download
  • 11 locations visited over 4 days
